摘 要:目的探讨银杏黄酮对睡眠剥夺大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法24只成年SD大鼠随机分为实验组(睡眠剥夺+银杏黄酮)和对照组(睡眠剥夺+0.9%氯化钠注射液),应用水迷宫评估大鼠学习记忆能力,采用小平台水环境法进行睡眠剥夺。结果睡眠剥夺48h后通过水迷宫测定逃避潜伏期,实验组显著短于对照组[(26.52±7.59)svs(34.22±6.10)s],72h后实验组仍然明显短于对照组[(21.30±6.44)svs(32.49±4.95)s](P均<0.05)。结论银杏黄酮能改善睡眠剥夺大鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective To investigate the effects of Ginkgo flavonoids on learning and memory in sleep deprivation rats.Methods Twentyfour adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group (sleep deprivation + Ginkgo flavonoid) and control group (sleep deprivation + normal saline).The learning and memory ability of rats were measured by Morris water maze.Sleep deprivation was induced by single platform method.Results After 48 hours of sleep deprivation,the escape latency of water maze in experimental group was lower than that of the control group [(26.52±7.59) s vs (34.22±6.10) s,P < 0.05].After 72 hours of sleep deprivation,the escape latency in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(21.30±6.44) s vs (32.49±4.95) s,P < 0.05].Conclusion Ginkgo flavonoids can improve the learning and memory impairment of rats induced by sleep deprivation.
