摘  要:为了解凉山地区鸡源粪肠球菌毒力基因gelE和efaA的基因表达情况,对毒力基因进行检测和致病力试验。通过实验室提供的粪肠球菌10株,进行致病力试验,结果显示,雏鸡死亡率为0~100%,存在较大差异;进行毒力基因gelE(432 bp)、efaA(591 bp)的检测,10株粪肠球菌阳性率均为100%。根据NCBI的基因序列进行粪肠球菌毒力基因gelE、efaA的同源性比对结果均为100%。In order to understand the gene expression of virulence genes gelE and efaA of Enterococcus faecalis in chicken in Liangshan area, virulence genes were detected and virulence tests were carried out. Ten strains of Enterococcus faecalis provided by the laboratory were tested for pathogenicity. The results showed that the mortality rate of chickens was 0~100% and there were significant differences. The positive rates of 10 strains of Enterococcus faecalis were all 100% by detecting the virulence genes gelE(432 bp) and efaA(591 bp). According to NCBI gene sequence, the results of homology comparison of virulence genes gelE and efaA of Enterococcus faecalis were both 100%.
