微时代大学生职业生涯规划教育的模式创新——以微信平台为例

摘　　要：在微时代背景下,微信平台作为职业生涯规划教育的重要依托平台之一,拥有强大的优势。通过运用问卷调查法,以衡阳师范学院为研究对象,调查发现高校学生对微信有着很高的认可度和接受度。为弥补传统育人模式的不足,构建以微信为路径的"全方位、全过程"的大学生职业生涯规划教育育人体系,旨在探索高校职业生涯规划教育模式的创新。Under the background of micro era, WeChat platform, as one of the important platforms for career planning education, has strong advantages. By using the questionnaire survey method, taking Hengyang Normal University as the research object, the result shows that students have a high degree of recognition and acceptance of WeChat. In order to make up for the deficiency of the traditional education mode, the "all-around, whole-process" education system of college students’ career planning is constructed, which takes WeChat as the main path, in order to explore the innovation of college students’ career planning education mode.
