摘 要:运用Aspen plus软件搭建甲醇精馏三塔模拟流程。设定合适的参数保证加压塔顶冷凝器热负荷和常压塔釜再沸器热负荷相匹配,两塔实现双效精馏,能量得到集成利用。利用设计灵敏度分析工具对塔板数、进料位置、回流比和D/F等参数进行优化,确定合理的运行和操作条件,为工厂的实际生产提供参考和指导。模拟与优化结果表明:三塔流程生产的精甲醇的纯度可以达到99.9%以上,满足国标精甲醇质量指标。A 3-column simulation process of methanol distillation was built up using Aspen plus software.Appropriate parameters were set to ensure that the heat load of the condenser at the top of the pressure column matches the heat load of the reboiler in the atmospheric column,so that the two columns can achieve double-effect distillation,and energy is utilized in an integral manner.Design sensitivity analysis tool was applied to optimize such parameters as the number of column plates,feeding position,reflux ratio and D/F.Reasonable running and operation conditions were set to provide reference and guidance to practical production of factories.The simulation and optimization results showed that the 3-collumn process can bring the purity of refined methanol to more than 99.9%,meeting the quality indices of national standard refined methanol.
