摘 要:目的探究感染预防束联合预防性护理在手术部位医院感染预防和控制中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月本院接收手术治疗的6500例患者为研究对象,纳入符和本研究的6212例患者,将6月份之前仅实施预防性护理的3022例患者设为对照组,将6月份之后联合实施感染预防束及预防性护理的3190例患者设为实验组,对比两组患者手术部位感染发生情况及一般治疗情况。结果①对照组3022例患者中发生手术部位感染率3.08%,实验组3190例患者中发生手术部位感染率1.60%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②对照组患者中表浅缺口手术部位感染发生率为0.53%,实验组为0.41%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组器官腔隙手术部位感染发生率为2.55%,显著低于实验组的1.19%(P<0.05);③对照组患者住院时间及医疗费用均高于实验组患者(P<0.05)。结论实施感染预防束联合预防性护理能够显著降低手术部位医院感染发生率,有利于提高患者预后。Objective To explore the application effect of infection prevention bundle combined with preventive nursing in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in surgical site.Methods A total of 6 500 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from Jan.2018 to Dec.2018 were enrolled in the study.The 6 212 patients enrolled in the study,and the 3 022 patients who only received preventive care before June were set as the control group,and 3 190 patients who were combined with infection prevention bundles and preventive care after June were set as experimental group.Comparison of the incidence of surgical site infection and general treatment in the two groups.Results①In the control group,3 022 patients had a surgical site infection rate of 3.08%,and in the experimental group,3190 patients had a surgical site infection rate of 1.60%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).②In the control group,the incidence of superficial incision was 0.53%,and the experimental group was 0.41%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of infection in the operative cavity was 2.55%,which was significantly lower than the experimental group's 1.19%(P<0.05).③The hospitalization time and medical expenses of the control group were higher than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of infection prevention bundle combined with preventive care can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection at the surgical site,which is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients.
