摘 要:国家历史文化名城自贡的井盐文化历史悠久,由此而形成的相关人文资源是自贡的城市名片和文化标志。在"一带一路"背景下,井盐文化及其人文资源应通过外语人才进行对外宣传,抓住机遇"走出去",让世界对盐都自贡有更多的了解,实现井盐文化对外传播,以促进地方经济和文旅发展,推动自贡与"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的经贸和人文交流。通过对外语人才的培养和发挥外语人才的作用,可促进自贡井盐文化的对外传播,更好地向世界讲好中国井盐故事,进而发挥井盐文化在建立文化包容共同体进程中的时代使命。The well salt culture has a long history in the national historical and cultural city Zigong. The relevant human resources is the city card and cultural symbol of Zigong. In the context of the "Belt and Road", how the well salt culture and its human resources can be publicized through foreign language talents and seize the opportunity to "go out" and "bring in", so that the world can understand more to the historical and cultural city of Zigong in the southwest of China, realize the external communication of culture in the region to promote economic, culture and tourism and promote trade and cultural exchanges. Through the training of foreign language talents, it can promote the external communication of Zigong well salt culture,tell the world the story of China’s well salt better, and then play the role of well salt culture in the process of building a culturally inclusive community.
