摘 要:城镇污水综合治理是缓解城镇水环境污染、水环境保护的重要战略举措。为科学有效地评价城镇污水治理的绩效水平,根据城镇水环境治理的特点和要求,构建了包括压力指标、状态指标、响应指标和潜力指标在内的27个城镇污水治理指标评价体系,并选用熵权TOPSIS模型对新乡市污水治理的绩效水平进行评价。实例分析结果表明:新乡市污水治理绩效水平为良好,与现实基本相符。研究结果可为城镇污水治理绩效评价提供较为科学的方法。Urban sewage treatment is an important strategic measure to alleviate water pollution and water environmental protection. In order to evaluate the performance level of urban sewage treatment scientifically and effectively, a evaluation systems of urban sewage treatment including 27 indexes, i.e., pressure index, state index, response index, potential index and so on, were constructed according to the characteristics and requirements of urban water environment treatment. Based on this, the performance level of sewage treatment in Xinxiang City, Henan Province was evaluated by entropy weight-TOPSIS method. The results show that the evaluated performance level of sewage treatment in Xinxiang City is good, which is basically consistent with the reality. This study provides a comparably scientific evaluation method for the performance evaluation of urban sewage treatment.
