摘  要:响应时间是快响应电阻温度计的一个关键指标。电阻温度计的结构和材料均会影响响应时间。通过对电阻温度计热传导瞬态过程的分析,开展电阻温度计响应时间关键因素研究,研究了热电阻温度计的材质、结构及尺寸等因素对热传导瞬态过程的影响规律,以掌握影响电阻温度计响应时间的关键参数,为后续确定电阻温度计及其套管结构提供理论依据。该研究可用于指导电阻温度计及其套管的材料选择和结构、尺寸设计,提高电阻温度计的响应时间。Response time is a key index of fast response resistance thermometer.Both the structure and materials of resistance thermometer may affect the response time.Through the analysis of the heat conduction transient process of the resistance thermometer,the key factors affecting response time of the resistance thermometer are studied.The influence regulations of the material,structure and size of the thermal resistance thermometer on the transient process of heat conduction are studied.In this way,the key parameters affecting the response time of the resistance thermometer are grasped,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent determination of the structures of resistance thermometer and its thermowell.This study can be used to guide the material selection and structure and size design of the resistance thermometer and its thermowell,and to improve the response time of the resistance thermometer.
