摘  要:在地铁列车运行过程中,远程监测制动系统关键参数的异常变化,有利于及时采取措施以保证地铁的安全运营;通过长期监测,有助于找出参数变化与列车故障之间的关系,为可能出现的安全隐患提出预警,具有重要的现实意义。应用RS485总线与虚拟仪器技术,实现了制动参数长期无人值守地自动采集与存储,且技术人员可以通过个人PC获取历史数据;运用GPRS远程无线通信技术,实现了关键参数的远程同步跟踪监测,使技术人员可以随时随地了解列车当前运行状态。实际应用表明,该系统数据测量准确,实时性与可靠性高,远程数据传输稳定,能够适应地铁复杂恶劣的工作环境,是解决同类工程问题最为有效且经济合理的选择。In the process of subway train operation,it is propitious to ensure the safe operation of the subway by taking timely measures through remotely monitoring the abnormal changes of the key parameters of the brake system.Through the long-term monitoring,it is conducive to provide early warning for possible security risks by finding out the relationship between parameter changes and train faults,which has important practical significance.RS485 and virtual instrument technology were used to achieve long-term unattended automatic acquisition and storage of braking parameters,and historical data can be obtained by technicians with their personal computer.Remote synchronous tracking and monitoring of key parameters is realized by using GPRS remote wireless communication technology,which allows technicians to know the current running state of train whenever and wherever.The practical application shows that the system has the characteristics of high accuracy,strong real time performance,high reliability and stability of remote data transmission.It can adapt to the complex and poor working environment,and is the most effective and economical choice for solving the similar engineering problems.
