摘 要:为明确福建顺昌县刨花楠溃疡病病原菌SC-8(Lasiodiplodia margaritacea)的生物学特性和各种类药剂对病原菌的毒力大小,采用十字交叉法研究了不同培养条件对该病菌菌丝生长的影响,并用菌丝生长速率法测定了12种杀菌剂对病原菌的毒力。结果显示其菌丝最适生长温度为30℃;最适生长pH值范围为5~6;致死温度为50℃处理10min;最适菌落生长碳源为果糖,最适氮源为硝酸铵;PDA是最适合菌落生长的培养基,其次是PSA;不同光照条件对菌丝生长有影响,在24h光照菌丝生长最快。12种杀菌剂对菌丝的毒力测定结果表明,氟硅唑、精甲·咯菌腈、多菌灵、戊唑醇和苯甲·咪鲜胺的毒力较高,EC50分别为0.01、0.14、0.25、0.59和0.79mg·L^-1,异菌脲、百菌清和代森锰锌对病原菌的毒力最低,EC50分别为112.47、118.04和1239.88mg·L^-1。To determine the biological characteristics of stain SC-8(Lasiodiplodia margaritacea)and the virulence of various kinds of chemical agents to the pathogenic fungus caused Machilus pauhoi Kanehira canker in Shunchang County of Fujian Province in China,the biological characteristics of this pathogen was analysed by using the crossing and the toxicity of 12 fungicides to Lasiodiplodia margaritacea was tested by the method of mycelia growth in inhibition.The results showed that the optimum temperature of pathogenic fungus was 30℃;the most suitable growth pH ranged from 5 to 6;the lethal temperature was at 50℃for 10 min;the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were fructose and ammonium nitrate;the most suitable media for the growth of pathogen colony was PDA,followed by PSA;different light treatment had significant effects on growth of mycelia and 24 h lighting condition was most suitable for growth of mycela.Toxicity test of 12 fungicides on L.margaritacea indicated that the virulence of flusilazole,fludioxonil,carbendazim,tebuconazole and Benzol Prochloraz was higher,and the EC 50 was 0.01,0.14,0.25,0.59 and 0.79 mg·L^-1,respectively.Virulence of iprodione,chlorothalonil and mancozeb to pathogen was the lowest,and EC 50 was 112.47,118.04 and 1 239.88 mg·L^-1,respectively.
