摘　　要：组织开展劳动竞赛活动是工会生产保护工作的重要组成部分。面对新形势新问题,基层工会组织应积极探索劳动竞赛新思路新方法,调整活动开展方式、资源投入比例和技术比武方案,集中资源,突出重点,注重强化劳动竞赛在安全环保、质量服务和效率技能等方面的推动作用,服务企业生产,服务员工发展。Organising labor competition activities is an important part of trade union production protection.In new situations and facing new problems,grassroots trade union should actively explore new ideas and methods of labor competition,adjust the way of activities,the proportion of resources invested and technical competition programs,focus resources,highlight key points,and focus on strengthening labor competition in safety and environmental protection,quality services and promote the role of effi ciency and skills,serve the production of enterprises,and serve the development of employees.
