摘　　要：盆炎净颗粒由忍冬藤、鸡血藤等特色中药组成,具有抗炎、抑菌、镇痛和免疫调节等作用,在治疗盆腔炎、慢性盆腔炎、盆腔炎后遗症、不孕不育合并盆腔炎、盆腔积液等方面具有较好的效果,为治疗上述疾病的常用中成药.近年来,其在临床上应用越来越多,现对其药学、药理学、安全性和临床应用等研究进展进行综述,为盆炎净颗粒进一步的临床应用提供指导.Penyanjing Granules is composed of Lonicera ja ponica Th unb and Spatholobus suberectus Dunn and other characteristic Chinese herbal medicines. It has anti -inflammatory, bacteriostatic, analgesic and immunomodulatory effects. It has good curative effect on treating pelvic inflammatory disease, chronic pelvic inflammation, sequelae of pelvic inflammation, infertility complicated with pelvic inflammation, pelvic effusion , etc, and Penyanjing Granules is a commonly used Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of the above diseases. In recent years, it has been used more and more in clinic. The research progress in pharmacology, pharmacology, safety and clinical application of Penyanjing Granules was sunimarized in order Lo provide guidance for further clinical application of Penyanjing Granules.
