持续质量改进方式在提高口腔科医护人员手卫生依从性中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究并分析持续质量改进方式在提高口腔科医护人员手卫生依从性中的应用效果.方法选取2015年7月~2016年8月本院口腔科的50例医护人员作为实施前组,选取2016年10月~2017年12月本院口腔科的50例医护人员作为实施后组.实施前组医护人员采用常规手卫生管理,实施后组医护人员采用持续质量改进方式.比较两组医护人员的洗手情况和手消毒情况.结果实施后组医护人员的戴手套前洗手率、摘手套后洗手率、洗手合格率以及手消毒液使用率高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论持续质量改进方式能够提高口腔科医护人员的手卫生依从性,有效改善医护人员的手卫生情况.Objective To study and analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement in increasing the hand hygiene compliance of dental staff. Methods A total of 50 dental staff in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the pre-implementation group. Fifty dental staff in the hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the post-implementation group. In the pre-implementation group, the medical staff adopted conventional hand hygiene management, while in post -implementation group, the continuous quality improvement was used. The hand washing and hand disinfection of the two groups were compared. Results In the post-implementation group, hand washing rate before wearing gloves, hand washing rate after glove removal, the qualified hand washing rate, and the hand disinfectant use rate were all higher than those of the pre-implementation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement method can improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in stomatology department and effectively improve the hand hygiene situation of medical staff.
