摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预在盐酸羟考酮控释片联合唑来磷酸盐治疗骨转移性癌痛患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2013年10月~2015年10月采用盐酸羟考酮控释片联合唑来磷酸盐治疗的88例骨转移性癌痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)与观察组(44例).对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施全程护理干预,比较两组的护理效果.结果观察组患者的疼痛缓解率、护理总满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者的治疗依从性明显好于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在盐酸羟考酮控释片联合唑来磷酸盐治疗骨转移性癌痛时,采用全程护理干预可减轻患者疼痛,提高其治疗依从性和护理满意度,具有更高的安全性,值得临床推广使用.Objective To investigate application effect of full nursing intervention in Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled -Release Tablets and Zoledronic Phosphate in the treatment of patients with bone metastatic cancer pain. Methods A total of 88 patients with bone metastatic cancer pain treated Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled -Release Tablets and Zoledronic Phosphate in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 44 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given full nursing intervention, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The pain relief rate and the total degree of nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion When Oxycodone Hydrochloride Con trolled -Release Tablets and Zoledronic Phosphate are used in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer pain, the full nursing intervention can relieve the pain of patients, improve their treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, and have higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
