摘 要:流行性感冒病毒所导致的人畜共患病长久以来威胁着人类的健康,但目前可用于临床的抗流感病毒药物十分有限,且逐渐出现了病毒耐药性的问题。因此,研究者们近来致力于探究新型抗流感药物靶点的发现,并期望针对新靶点设计疗效好且不易发生耐药的抗流感病毒药物。流感病毒核糖核蛋白具有不同毒株间保守性高,在病毒复制周期中作用广泛的特点,是设计开发新型抗流感药物的潜在靶点。本文对目前临床使用的抗流感药物靶点、核糖核蛋白的结构与功能及其相关药物的研究进展进行了综述,以期为新型抗流感药物的研发提供参考。The zoonotic disease flu caused by the influenza virus has long threatened human health,but there are very limited anti-influenza drugs available for clinical use,and the problem of virus resistance has gradually emerged.Therefore,researchers have recently been working on the discovery of new anti-influenza drug targets,and expecting to design novel anti-IAV drugs with good efficacy and low risk of inducing drug resistance.Influenza virus ribonucleoprotein has high conservativeness among different strains and plays a wide role in the replication cycle of influenza viruses.Thus,virus ribonucleoprotein could be a potential target for the design and development of novel anti-influenza drugs.This article is aimed to review the current research progress on the target of anti-IAV drugs in clinical,the structure and function of ribonucleoprotein and related drugs,so as to provide reference for the research and development of novel anti-influenza drugs.
