摘　　要：为满足设备研发过程中对输出视频为高清晰度的需求,提出了一种网络高清视频编解码系统的设计方案。该方案以海思HI3531A芯片为硬件核心,结合H264视频编解码技术、嵌入式技术和网络技术,设计了系统的编码器和解码器的软硬件功能模块,实现了视频图像的采集、编解码、传输、存储和播放等功能。实验结果表明,该高清视频编解码系统实时性能良好、延迟小、画面清晰流畅,结合具体的应用实例,也验证了该设计方案的有效性和可行性。To meet the need for high-definition of video performance in equipment development,this paper presents a solution of network high-definition video codec system.This scheme takes HI3531A chip as the core of hardware,combines H264 video codec technology,embedded technology and network technology,designs the software and hardware modules of encoder and decoder of system,and realizes the functions of video image acquisition,encoding and decoding,transmission,storage and playback etc.The experimental results show that the real-time performance of this system has good real-time performance,small delay,clear and smooth picture.By the application examples,the validity and feasibility of the design scheme are also verified.
