摘 要:据资料显示,很多电站发生锅炉事故都是因为煤种问题,设计使用煤种和实际燃煤误差过大是常见的煤种问题。为了对实际问题进行分析,文章根据某电厂的例子,探讨水平浓淡燃烧器技术控制煤粉流向技术在130t/h燃煤锅炉中的应用,对实际的锅炉炉内燃烧状况进行最大化的优化,从而对上述结渣现象进行改善。文章通过多个角度的分析得出,水平浓淡燃烧器技术能够很好的避免结渣现象。According to the data, the boiler accidents in many power stations are caused by coal types. It is a common problem that the error between the design about use of coal types and actual coal burning are too large. In order to analyze the practical problems, according to the example of a power plant, this paper discusses the application of horizontal dense and light burner technology to control the flow direction of pulverized coal in 130t/h coal-fired boiler, and optimizes the combustion condition in the actual boiler. As a result, the phenomenon of slagging is improved. Through the analysis of several angles, it is concluded that the horizontal concentration-light burner technology can avoid slagging phenomenon well.
