摘  要:地方高校专业中产学研用协同育人的内涵是打破壁垒,激活闲置资源,通过挖掘多种教育资源在培养人才方面的优势,协同创新,建立产学研用协同育人教学资源共享机制,培养新型工程技术人才。以宁波工程学院建筑学专业为例,通过与政府、行业、企业、科研院所、用人单位开展“多维育人、深度融合”的协作形式,建立优质教育资源共享机制,推动育人模式的改革,实现提高人才培养质量的目的。其中协同育人教学资源共享方案及具体措施,可为其他院校开展产教融合教学模式的改革提供有益的借鉴。The connotation of the industry-university-research cooperative education in local universities is to break the barriers,activate the idle resources,exploit the advantages of various educational resources in training talents,coordinate for innovation,establish a mechanism for sharing teaching resources of such cooperative education and cultivate new engineering and technical talents.The paper,a case study of the architecture specialty of Ningbo University of Technology,discusses ways and means to carry out the cooperation of “multi-dimensional cultivation and in-depth integration” with the government,industry,enterprises,scientific research institutes and employing units,establish a mechanism for sharing high-quality educational resources,promote the reform of education mode,and achieve the goal of improving the quality of talent training.The mechanism and its concrete measures could be of reference to other universities for them to reform the industry-education integration.
