针灸肩痛穴配合中药治疗肩关节周围炎86例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺肩痛穴配合自拟中药肩凝口服液治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将86例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规针灸针刺肩痛穴并配合肩关节功能锻炼治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟中药肩凝口服液治疗,每日1次,7次为1疗程。连续治疗2周后,比较两组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.192,P<0.05),提示两组肩周炎疼痛症状均有所改善,而且观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗效果比较,观察组总有效率93.02%(40/43)优于对照组的79.07%(34/43)(Z=-2.509,P<0.05)。结论针刺肩痛穴配合自拟中药肩凝口服液治疗肩关节周围炎,疗效肯定,具有简便价廉的特点。Objective To observe the clinical effect of needling the Jianju points combined with self-made Chinese medicine Jianning oral liquid in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Methods 86 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture at the Jianju points and shoulder joint functional exercise.The observation group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine Jianning oral solution on the basis of the treatment of the control group,once a day,seven times as a course of treatment.After two weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy and visual analogue scale(VAS) were compared in two groups. Results After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were decreased ( t =2.192,P <0.05),suggesting that the pain symptoms of shoulder periarthritis in both groups were improved,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P <0.05).Compared with the clinical effect of the two groups,the effective rate of the observation group 93.02%(40/43) was better than that of the control group 79.07%(34/43)( Z =-2.509,P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at the Jianju points combined with self-made Chinese medicine Jianning oral liquid has a definite curative effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis,which is superior to simple acupuncture the Jianju points,and it has the characteristics of simplicity and low price.
