沙利度胺辅助治疗急性白血病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨沙利度胺辅助治疗急性白血病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院血液科收治的急性白血病患者94例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组予以联合化疗,急性粒细胞白血病(AML)患者使用三尖杉酯碱+阿糖胞苷方案(HA),急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者使用长春新碱+柔红霉素+环磷酰胺+强的松方案(VDCP),此外观察组在此方案的基础上加用沙利度胺辅助治疗。两组治疗时间均为3个月,观察两组患者疗效、白细胞、外周及骨髓幼稚细胞变化及不良反应情况等。结果治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的白细胞、外周及骨髓幼稚细胞3项指标下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙利度胺辅助治疗急性白血病具有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thalidomide in the adjuvant treatment of acute leukemia. Methods A total of 94 patients with acute leukemia admitted were enrolled in the hospital’s hematology department from January 2017 to December 2018.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group( n =47) and the control group( n =47).The control group was given combined chemotherapy:patients with acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)were given harringtonine and cytosine arabinoside (HA),patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) were given vincristine,daunorubicin,cyclophosphamide and prednisone (VDCP).The observation group was supple-mented with adjuvant thalidomide based on the standard chemotherapy regimen.The treatment time of both groups was 3 months.The patient's efficacy,related clinical examination indexes and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group( P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of leukocytes,peripheral blood immature cells and bone marrow naive cells in the observation group decreased significantly compared with control group( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P >0.05). Conclusion Thalidomide has a significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of acute leukemia.
