摘  要:广西某铅锌矿原矿含铅0.83%,含锌3.92%,矿物之间共生关系复杂。根据矿物性质,采用单因素试验及响应曲面相结合的试验方案对其浮选药剂制度进行优化。单因素试验表明,矿物最佳的磨矿细度为-74μm占80%,最佳ZnSO4用量为1800g/t。响应曲面优化试验表明,铅锌矿最佳的药剂用量为CaO2091.4688g/t,丁基黄药23.5520g/t,乙硫氮29.6647g/t,在该条件下铅精矿品位和回收率为10.71%和52.18%。在试验确立的药剂制度下进行闭路试验,获得了品位为32.64%、回收率为48.21%、含锌12.19%的铅精矿。A lead-zinc ore mine in Guangxi contains 0.83% of lead and 3.92% of zinc.The symbiotic relationship between minerals is complex.According to the nature of the mineral,the flotation agent system was optimized using a single-factor test and response surface combined experiment.Single-factor tests showed that the best grinding fineness for this mineral was -74 μm accounted for 80%,and the optimal dosage of ZnSO4 was 1 800 g/t.The response surface optimization test showed that the optimum dosage of the lead-zinc ore was CaO2 091.468 8 g/t,butyl xanthate 23.552 0 g/t,and ethylsulphur 29.664 7 g/t.Under this condition,the lead concentrate grade was 10.71% and recovery was 52.18%.Under the agent system established in the above experiment,a closed-circuit experiment was conducted and the lead concentrate grade was 32.64%,the recovery was 48.21% and the zinc content was 12.19%.
