对新时期地学文献研究工作的思考

摘　　要：统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局,实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标,对新时期地质调查工作转型发展提出新的要求。适应发展要求,推动地质调查工作转型发展,在工作方式上要求从以往的个人、小团队的“单兵作战”转变为大团队、多单位、跨学科的“立体作战”,要求多学科集成、多兵种协同、多目标服务,这为中国地质图书馆发挥优势、开拓创新、有所作为、支撑服务转型发展提供了有利机遇。文章从四个方面分析地质调查事业发展面临的新机遇新挑战,从三个方面阐述中国地质图书馆支撑服务地质调查工作转型发展具有较强的优势,从五个方面思考不断挖掘和发挥地学文献研究工作的优势和潜力,努力为新时代建功立业。To promote the overall layout of economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress, to achieve the Two Centenary Goals, there are new requirements that put forward for the transformation and development of geological survey in new period. To meet the requirements of development and promote the transformation and development of geological survey, it will provide opportunities for National Geological Library of China to take its advantages of developing, innovating, taking initiative and supporting transformation to transform the working way from “individual operation” of small teams into “Stereo operation” of large teams and require multi-disciplinary integration, multi-military cooperation and multi-objective service. For making more contributions to geological survey in new era, this paper analyses the new opportunities and challenges in the development of geological survey from four aspects, states the advantages in supporting the transformation and development of geological survey of the National Geological Library of China from three aspects, and develops the advantages and potentials of the research work of geological literature from five aspects.
