摘　　要：近几年,大学生就业形势日趋严重,就业问题得到了社会各界的广泛关注。辅导员是学生工作的一线教师,更是学生的良师益友,辅导员能否积极地帮助毕业生择业、就业,是关乎高校就业工作顺利开展的前提。因此,高校辅导员在大学生就业工作中应发挥积极的导向作用,这是做好高校就业工作的基础和保障。In recent years,the employment situation of college students has become increasingly serious,and the employment problem has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Counselors are the front-line teachers of students'work,more students'good teachers and friends,and whether the counselors can actively help graduates choose careers and employment,which is a prerequisite for the smooth development of employment in Colleges and universities.Therefore,college counselors should play a positive guiding role in the employment of university graduates,which is the foundation and guarantee for doing well the employment work in Colleges and universities.
