二倍体马铃薯S.phureja种质资源的抗旱性鉴定与综合评价

摘　　要：本研究采用盆栽干旱法,对19个二倍体马铃薯S. phureja种质资源和1个四倍体品种进行抗旱性鉴定,测定了叶片含水量、相对电导率、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量等生理生化指标,利用主成分分析和隶属函数分析综合评价其抗旱性。试验结果表明,品种间干旱胁迫响应差异显著,干旱处理下生理生化指标与对照相比差异显著,通过主成分分析和隶属函数分析,筛选出C3、C4、C6、C9、C10这5个二倍体马铃薯抗旱种质。本研究通过多个指标鉴定马铃薯抗旱性可为抗旱育种提供技术参考,鉴定出的S. phureja抗旱种质可为二倍体马铃薯抗旱育种提供材料基础。In this study, identification of drought resistance in 19 diploid potato S. phureja germplasm resources and 1 tetraploid variety were performed by pot drought method. The physiological and biochemical indexes of leaf water content, relative conductivity, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content and proline content were measured, and the drought resistance was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function analysis. The test results showed that the responses of drought stress were significantly different among varieties, and the physiological and biochemical indexes under drought treatment were significantly different from those of control. By principal component analysis and membership function analysis, C3, C4, C6, C9 and C10 these five drought-resistant germplasm were screened out. In this study, drought resistance of potato was identified by multiple indexes, which could provide technical reference for drought resistance breeding. Drought resistance germplasm S. phureja could provide material basis for drought resistance breeding of diploid potato.
