《肘后备急方》温法治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛思考

摘　　要：《肘后备急方》作为古代急救的经典书籍,温法应用广泛,尤其在卒心痛、卒腹痛、心腹俱痛、胸痹痛等章节中占有很大比重,在症状方面,冠心病不稳定性心绞痛大抵可与上述疾病相对应,应用温法治疗时,常常取得较为理想的疗效。中医学认为冠心病不稳定性心绞痛是由胸阳不足、外寒入侵或阴寒内生而导致的,故应用温法是不二之选。《肘后备急方》中对温法的应用大致表现在多应用温热类药物、灸法、药物温服、熏洗疗法及罨法等方面,形式多样,温法治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛疗效值得肯定。As a classic book of ancient first aid,Emergency Formulas to Keep Up One’s Sleeve provides a treatment plan for the diagnosis and treatment of common emergencies. Throughout the book,warming method is widely used,especially in the chapters of sudden heartache,sudden abdominal pain,pain in the heart and abdomen,chest pain and so on. In terms of symptoms,unstable angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease(CHD) can generally correspond to the above mentioned diseases. In the application of warming method,the ideal curative effect is often achieved. In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that the unstable angina caused by CHD is caused by the deficiency of chest yang,the invasion of external cold or the endogenous yin cold,so the application of warming method is the best choice. The application of warming method in Emergency Formulas to Keep Up One’s Sleeve is mainly manifested in the application of Chinese medicine warm and heat in nature,moxibustion,administration of warm decoction,application of fumigation and cataplasm,etc.,with various forms,which is more suitable for clinical use.Single prescription is commonly used,according to the theory of warming method,the effect of warm prescription on unstable angina pectoris is recommended.
