摘 要:针对扬声器寿命试验对于扬声器热参数测量的需求,在传统的恒功率热模型的基础上,提出了音圈发热功率不恒定情况下从扬声器音圈温升曲线中提取扬声器热传递参数的方法。该方法能够从扬声器寿命试验仪器测得的各个时刻的音圈温度、音圈直流阻、音圈电流得到扬声器工作在中频频段时的热传递参数。使寿命试验仪可以通过测量扬声器热传递参数随扬声器老化程度的变化规律,分析扬声器的散热设计是否合理,制造工艺是否达标等。经实验证明,该方法可以准确测量扬声器热传递参数。Aiming at the requirement of measuring the thermal parameters of loudspeaker in life test, a method of extracting the thermal transfer parameters of loudspeaker from the temperature rise curve of loudspeaker voice coil under the condition of unsteady heating power of voice coil is proposed based on the traditional constant power thermal model. The method can obtain the heat transfer parameters of the loudspeaker operating in the middle frequency band from the coil temperature, coil DC resistance and coil current measured by the life test instrument. By measuring the variation of heat transfer parameters with the aging degree of loudspeakers, the life tester can analyze whether the heat dissipation design of loudspeakers is reasonable and whether the manufacturing process is up to the standard. Experiments show that the method can accurately measure the heat transfer parameters of loudspeakers.
