摘 要:为了给装载机液压系统的节能优化改进提供理论支撑,以ZL30B型轮式装载机工作装置的液压系统为研究对象,完成了对系统的建模仿真分析。首先介绍了系统工作原理,然后利用AMEsim软件中的标准液压库元件完成对安全阀、多路阀动臂液压缸、转斗液压缸以及定量泵的建模,采用Planar Mechanical库元件实现对反转六杆式工作机构的建模,同时明确了工作装置各液压缸的相对位置。最后在此基础上进行了仿真,通过仿真数据与实测数据的比对,证明了构建的工作装置液压系统模型能够准确反映系统的性能。除此之外,忽略管路沿程压力损失及多路阀的节流作用的情况下,系统的实测效率为16.3%,而通过计算获得的工作效率为12.2%,所以认定构建的模型可以较好地表征系统的工作效率。从而最终验证了工作装置液压系统仿真模型的准确性。In order to provide the theoretical basis for the energy-saving improvement of the loader s hydraulic system, the hydraulic system of the ZL30B wheel loader is studied, and the simulation analysis of the system is completed. Firstly, the working principle of the system is introduced, and then the modeling of safety valve, multi-valve arm hydraulic cylinder, converter hydraulic cylinder and constant pump are completed using the standard hydraulic library element in AMEsim software. The modeling of reversing the six-bar working mechanism is completed using the Planar Mechanical library element, and the relative of the hydraulic cylinders of the working device is determined. Finally ? by comparing the simulation data with the measured data, it is proved that the hydraulic system model of the working device could accurately reflect the performance of the system.In addition, neglecting the pressure loss along the pipeline and the throttling effect of multiple valves, the measurement efficiency of the system is 16.3%, while the calculation efficiency was 12. 2%. Therefore, it is concluded that the constructed model could better characterize the work efficiency of the system. So the accuracy of the simulation model of the hydraulic system of the working device is finally verified.
