摘 要:企业生产制造过程中将数据采集到可信的中央服务器来实现数据共享。针对中心化数据共享模式引起的单点失效、数据易篡改等信息安全问题,在生产线预先选定若干数据采集节点,采用区块链技术组成生产线数据共享联盟系统。通过执行智能合约实现数据节点之间数据共享,在合约中使用计算机语言来设定数据共享的约束条件以及数据访问者的行为规范,使所有的预选节点以去中心化的方式共同维护一个高可靠的数据共享账本。和现有数据共享方案在安全性方面做对比,基于区块链的生产线数据共享方案解决了中心化模式单点失效问题,降低了数据被篡改的概率,实现了生产线数据的安全、有效共享。In the manufacturing process of the enterprise , data is collected to a trusted central server to realize data sharing. Aiming at the information security problems such as single point failure and data tampering caused by the centralized data sharing mode, several data collection nodes are pre-selected in the production line, and the blockchain technology is used to form the production line data sharing alliance system. By implementing smart contracts to achieve data sharing between data nodes, computer language is used in contracts to set data sharing constraints and data visitor behavior specifications, so that all pre-selected nodes jointly maintain a high reliability data sharing ledger in a decentralized manner. Compared with the existing data sharing scheme in terms of security, the blockchain-based production line data sharing scheme solves the single-point failure problem of the centralized mode, reduces the probability of data being tampered, and realizes safe and effective data of the production line data.
