摘 要:通过对某水泥企业的一线原料立磨磨辊轴承进行油液监测,发现其磨辊轴承润滑油的黏度、磨损金属元素等指标严重超标,此外还在油中发现大量钢、铜合金磨损颗粒,而且部分钢质磨粒表面伴有明显的高温氧化痕迹,这表明轴承已出现润滑不良。通过对油液监测数据进行对比分析,查明了故障产生的原因,为现场处理故障问题和提高设备管理提供了有效的指导建议,从而保证了轴承的可靠运行。By performing the oil monitoring for the first-line raw material grinding roller bearing of a cement enterprise,it was found that the values of viscosity and wear metal elements of the grinding roller bearing lubricant were seriously exceeded the threshold value.In addition,a large amount of steel and copper alloy wear particles were found in the oil,and some steel abrasive particles were accompanied by obvious high-temperature oxidation marks,which indicated that the bearing was poorly lubricated. Through the comparative analysis of the oil monitoring data,the cause of the fault was found out,which provided effective guidance for on-site troubleshooting and equipment management,thus ensured reliable operation of the bearing.
