摘 要:目的评估缩短离心时间和加大离心速度对临床检验中常用凝血功能指标的影响。方法将51例来自呼吸内科、消化内科和泌尿外科患者的枸橼酸盐抗凝的血浆分为2组:第一组新鲜标本4 600×g离心2 min后检测;第二组新鲜标本2 500×g离心15 min后检测。2种方案处理样品后均采用SymexCA8000全自动凝血仪对凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、国际标准化比率(INR)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)等凝血功能指标进行检测分析。结果 4 600×g离心2 min以及2 500×g离心15 min的2种离心方式对新鲜血浆PT、APTT、INR、TT、FIB的凝血功能检测差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加大离心速度至4 600×g并减少离心时间至2 min对凝血功能PT、APTT、INR、TT、FIB常见指标检测没有影响,此种方法可以显著缩短凝血功能指标的前处理时间。Objective This paper is to assess the effect of increasing speed and shortening centrifugation time on coagulation function indices. Methods The citrate anticoagulant plasma of 51 patients from the respiratory, gastroenterology and urology departments was divided into the first group with centrifuge at 4 600×g for 2 min and the second group with centrifuge at 2 500×g for 15 min. The prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), international standardization ratio(INR), thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(FIB) were detected and analyzed with the Symex CA8000 automatic coagulant apparatus. Results The differences of PT, APTT, INR, TT and FIB detections in fresh plasma were not statistically significant between the two centrifugation methods(P>0.05). Conclusion Increasing centrifuge speed to 4 600×g and reducing centrifugation time to 2 min have no effect on the detection of common indices of PT, APTT, INR, TT and FIB, which can significantly improve the pre-processing time.
