摘　　要：陆启滨教授认为,绝经综合征的病因病机是肾阴亏虚、心肝火旺,关键病机在于肾阴亏虚,肾水不能涵养肝木,同时肾水不能上济于心。在治疗绝经综合征时,主张标本兼治,阴阳同调,强调滋阴益肾以治本,清肝宁心以治标。临床围绕滋阴益肾、清肝宁心的原则立法组方,临证经验丰富,值得深入探讨和临床推广应用。Professor Lu Qibin believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of menopausal syndrome is deficiency of kidney yin and fire of heart and liver. The key pathogenesis is deficiency of kidney yin. Kidney water can not maintain liver, and kidney water can not help the heart. In the treatment of menopausal syndrome, he advocates the treatment of both symptoms and yin-yang harmony, emphasizing nourishing yin and kidney to cure the root cause, clearing the liver and tranquilizing the heart to cure the symptoms. The principle of nourishing yin, nourishing kidney and clearing liver and tranquilizing heart is the basis of clinical legislation. It has rich experience in clinical practice and is worthy of further discussion and clinical application.
