Effect and Mechanism of Tiapride Combined with Lingyangjiao Capsule in the Treatment of Tourette Syndrome in Children

摘　　要：目的研究硫必利联合羚羊角胶囊治疗儿童抽动秽语综合征进展的疗效与机制。方法回顾性分析本院2017年6月-2018年6月间收治的200例抽动秽语综合征患儿,根据临床用药分为单纯组与联合组。单纯组93例,单纯应用硫必利治疗;联合组107例,应用羚羊角胶囊联合硫必利治疗。治疗1个疗程后,比较2组临床疗效结果与病情进展率,观察治疗前后2组患儿病情严重程度与血清细胞因子表达水平的变化情况。结果联合组无病情进展患儿,单纯组进展率为3.23%,联合组低于单纯组(P <0.05);联合组总有效率为98.13%,单纯组为91.40%,联合组总有效率与整体疗效均优于单纯组(P <0.05);治疗后,2组患儿YGTSS评分、ADHD评分、各项血清Th细胞因子与治疗前比较均有改善(P <0.05),且联合组均优于单纯组(P <0.05)。结论硫必利联合羚羊角胶囊能够有效预防儿童抽动秽语综合征的病情进展,提高临床疗效,机制与改善患儿血清免疫相关细胞因子表达水平有关。Objective To study the effect and mechanism of tiapride on the progression of Tourette syndrome in children. Methods According to clinical medication, the selected children were divided into simple group and combined group, 93 cases in simple group and 107 cases in combined group. The simple group was treated with Tiapride, and the combined group was treated with Tiapride and Lingyangjiao Capsule. The clinical efficacy and disease progression rate of the two groups were compared, and the changes in disease severity and serum cytokine expression level of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results In the combined group, there was no disease progression, and the progression rate was 3.23% in the simple group, which was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.13%, and that of the simple group was 91.40%. Both the total effective rate and the overall curative effect of the combined group were better than those of the simple group(P < 0.05). After treatment, YGTSS score, ADHD score and serum Th cytokines in both groups were improved(P < 0.05), and the combined group was better than the single group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tiapride can effectively prevent the disease progression of Tourette syndrome in children, improve the clinical efficacy of this disease, the mechanism is related to improving the expression level of serum immune-related cytokines in children.
