摘  要:目的研究鹿茸补骨片对增加骨密度功能的作用。方法以日推荐成人摄入量的5、10、30倍设低、中、高3个剂量组,去离子水为空白对照组。各组雌性去卵巢SD大鼠灌胃给药,对各试验组大鼠每周测量体质量2次,试验结束后骨密度仪测定骨密度,原子吸收法测定骨钙含量;采用最大耐受量试验方法进行急性经口毒性试验。结果中、高剂量组去卵巢大鼠骨密度均高于模型对照组(P <0.01),低、中、高剂量组去卵巢大鼠总钙量均高于模型对照组(P <0.05);且鹿茸补骨片对ICR小鼠和SD大鼠的最大耐受剂量(MTD)均大于20.0 g/kg·bw,属无毒级。结论鹿茸补骨片具有增加骨密度的保健功能,且对卵巢摘除大鼠骨密度降低有明显改善作用。Objective To study the effect of Lurong Bugu Tablet on increasing bone mineral density. Methods Low, medium and high dose groups were set at 5, 10 and 30 times of daily recommended adult intake, and deionized water was used as blank control group. Female ovariectomized SD rats in each group were administrated by gavage. Weight of rats in each test group was measured twice a week. Bone mineral density was measured by bone densitometer and bone calcium content was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry after the test. Acute oral toxicity test was conducted by maximum tolerance test method. Results Bone mineral density of ovariectomized rats in middle and high dose groups was higher than that of model control group(P < 0.01), and total calcium content of ovariectomized rats in low, middle and high dose groups was higher than that of model control group(P < 0.05). Moreover, the maximum tolerated dose(MTD) of Lurong Bugu Tablet to ICR mice and SD rats is more than 20.0 g/kg·bw, which is non-toxic. Conclusion Lurong Bugu Tablet has the health-care function of increasing bone density and obviously improving the decrease of bone density in ovariectomized rats.
