摘 要:我国原油进口依赖度逐年攀升,进口原油的劣质化、重质化趋势不断加剧,与此同时国内环保法规日益严格,如何实现能源清洁生产与高效转化成为我国炼化企业绿色清洁可持续发展面临的主要难题。重点分析了国内外劣质重油加氢技术的固定床、移动床、沸腾床、悬浮床4种类型加氢技术的主要工艺、特点及工业应用情况,探讨了未来的发展变化趋势及发展前景等。With China’s increasing dependence on imported crude oil and the increasing trend of importing heavy and inferior crude oil as well as the increasingly strict environmental protection regulations and requirements,the way to realize clean production and efficient conversion of energy becomes a difficult issue faced by China’s refining enterprises in the green,clean and sustainable development. This paper focuses on four kinds of inferior heavy oil hydrogenation technology including fixed bed,moving bed,ebulliated bed and slurry bed in China and the globe at present,and analyzes their main processes,characteristics and industrial application status.It also discusses the developing trend and prospect in the future for hydrogenation technology.
