摘 要:超临界流体色谱作为一种绿色高效的分析技术是液相色谱和气相色谱的重要补充,在很多领域均有应用。针对2010-2018年超临界流体色谱的研究现状,对其在药物、农药及残留、食品、环境、燃油和染料等领域的分析应用进行了综述,并对其应用前景及热点领域进行了展望。As a green and efficient analysis technique,supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) possesses some of the best features of both liquid chromatography and gas chromatography,and has been applied in many fields.This paper retrieves mainly the literatures on SFC in the period of 2010-2018.The development and application of SFC in drug analysis,pesticides and residues,foodstuff,the environment,fuels,dyestuffs and other fields are reviewed.The application prospect and hotspots are presented.
