用银丹膏联合远红外线照射疗法治疗外阴白斑的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用银丹膏联合远红外线照射疗法治疗外阴白斑的临床效果。方法:将2016年7月至2018年4月期间重庆市南岸区中西医结合医院收治的80例外阴白斑患者作为研究对象,将其平均分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者使用远红外线照射疗法进行治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者加用银丹膏进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率及其临床症状的积分。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率更高,其临床症状的积分更低,P <0.05。结论:使用银丹膏联合远红外线照射疗法治疗外阴白斑的疗效显著,可有效地改善患者外阴皮肤的弹性及颜色等临床症状。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of yindan ointment combined with far infrared ray irradiation in the treatment of vulva leukoplakia. Methods: 80 patients with vulva leukoplakia admitted to the hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in nan ‘an district of chongqing from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group on average. Patients in the control group were treated with far infrared radiation therapy. On this basis, patients in the observation group were treated with yindan ointment. Then, the total effective rate and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, compared with patients in the control group, patients in the observation group had a higher total effective rate and a lower score of clinical symptoms, P < 0.05. Conclusion: yindan ointment combined with far infrared ray irradiation therapy is effective in the treatment of vulva white spot, which can effectively improve the skin elasticity and color of vulva and other clinical symptoms.
