摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受髋部骨折手术的老年患者进行蛛网膜下隙联合硬膜外麻醉的效果。方法:将2018年1月至8月期间在德阳第五医院接受髋部骨折手术的102例老年患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各有51例患者。对两组患者均进行髋部骨折手术。同时,对对照组患者进行硬膜外麻醉,对观察组患者进行蛛网膜下隙联合硬膜外麻醉。然后,对比两组患者麻醉起效的时间、麻醉维持的时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及其术后并发症的发生情况。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者麻醉起效的时间较短,其麻醉持续的时间较长,其VAS评分较低,其术后并发症的发生率较低(P <0.05)。结论:对接受髋部骨折手术的老年患者进行蛛网膜下隙联合硬膜外麻醉的效果较好,可缩短其麻醉起效的时间,延长其麻醉维持的时间,降低其术中疼痛程度和术后并发症的发生率。objective: to investigate the effect of subarachnoid space combined with epidural anesthesia on elderly patients undergoing hip fracture surgery. Methods: 102 elderly patients who received hip fracture surgery in deyang no.5 hospital from January to August 2018 were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 patients in each group. Hip fracture surgery was performed in both groups. Meanwhile, patients in the control group were given epidural anesthesia, and patients in the observation group were given subarachnoid space combined with epidural anesthesia. Then, the onset of anesthesia, duration of anesthesia maintenance, visual analogue scoring (VAS) score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with patients in the control group, patients in the observation group had shorter onset of anesthesia, longer duration of anesthesia, lower VAS score and lower incidence of postoperative complications (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of subarachnoid space combined with epidural anesthesia on elderly patients with hip fracture surgery is better, which can shorten the effective time of anesthesia, prolong the duration of anesthesia, reduce the intraoperative pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
