用左旋氨氯地平和安体舒通治疗高原性高血压的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨用左旋氨氯地平和安体舒通治疗高原性高血压的临床效果。方法:将2018年1月在3000米海拔左右的西藏林芝地区选择的未服过药物进行治疗或服药治疗效果欠佳的60例高原性高血压患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各有30例患者。对两组患者均进行生活方式干预和对症治疗。在此基础上,为治疗组患者加用左旋氨氯地平和安体舒通进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、血压的水平及其发生不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率更高,其收缩压(SBP)的水平和舒张压(DBP)的水平均更低,P <0.05。在治疗期间,两组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:用左旋氨氯地平和安体舒通治疗高原性高血压的效果显著,可有效地降低患者血压的水平,且安全性较好。objective: to investigate the clinical effect of levamlodipine and antiseptic in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: 60 patients with hypertensive hypertension selected in January 2018 in nyingchi prefecture, Tibet, at an altitude of about 3000 meters, who were not treated with drugs or who were not effective with drugs, were selected as the study subjects. The 60 patients were divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 patients in each group. Lifestyle intervention and symptomatic treatment were performed in both groups. On this basis, patients in the treatment group were treated with levamlodipine and antiseptic. Then, the therapeutic effect, blood pressure level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, compared with the control group, patients in the treatment group had a higher total effective rate, and their SBP and DBP levels were lower, P < 0.05. During the treatment, no serious adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion: levamlodipine and antiseptic are effective in the treatment of hypertensive patients with high blood pressure.
