摘　　要：目的:分析总结21-三体综合征患儿的脑电图表现,为评价其脑功能状态提供参考依据。方法:回顾分析重庆医科大学附属儿童医院2004年5月至2016年12月确诊的95例21三体综合征患儿的脑电图表现。结果:在95例21-三体综合征患儿中,正常范围脑电图29例(31%).界限性脑电图40例(42%),异常脑电图26例(27%)。26例脑电图异常患儿中,清醒期背景活动异常23例(88%),主要表现为弥漫性δ/θ活动或δ与θ的混合活动;其次,发作间期痫样放电18例(69%),其中局限性放电10例,多灶性放电4例,广泛性放电2例,高度失律2例。40例界限性脑电图患儿中,主要表现为背景活动轻度慢化或见不典型痫样放电。结论:21-三体综合征患儿的脑电图表现多样,脑电图检测可为评价21-三体综合征患儿的脑功能状态和个体化治疗提供参考依据。Objective: To analyze and summarize the electroencephalogram (EEG) performance of children with Trisomy 21, and provide a reference for evaluating the brain function status. Methods: Retrospective analysis of EEG performance of 95 patients with Trisomy 21 diagnosed from May 2004 to December 2016 in Childrens Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, China. Results: Of the 95 patients with Trisomy 21, 26 (31%) had normal EEG and 40 (42%) had boundary EEG. Abnormal EEG was found in 26 patients (27%). Out of the 26 patients with abnormal EEG, 23 patients (88%) had abnormal background activities in the awake state, and were mainly characterized by diffuse δ/θ activity or mixed activity of δ and θ, followed by 18 cases (69%) of interictal epileptiform discharge. There were 10 cases of focal discharge, 4 cases of multi-focal discharge,2 cases of generalized discharge, and 2 cases of hypsarrhythmia. Among the 40 patients with boundary EEG, the main manifestations were mild moderated background activities or atypical epileptic discharge. Conclusion: The EEG manifestations of children with Trisomy 21 are varied. EEG detection provides a referenee for evaluating the brain function and individualized treatment of children with Trisomy 21.
