摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出:"就业是最大的民生。"高校毕业生就业现已成为社会关注的重大问题。就业市场的摩擦给高校毕业生就业带来诸多不确定性。文章从信息经济学视角,选取上海市10余所高校毕业生为样本,归纳高校毕业生在就业摩擦市场中的选择,基于市场摩擦理论阐述高校毕业生在摩擦中的就业市场选择与行为博弈,并从指导高校毕业生树立正确择业观念、做好"信号显示"和"信息甄别"等三个方面提出有针对性的就业指导优化对策。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "employment is the greatest livelihood of people". Employment of college graduates has become a major concern of the whole society. The friction of the employment market has brought many uncertainties to the college graduates’ employment. From the perspective of information economics, this paper selects college graduates from more than 10 colleges in Shanghai as samples and concludes graduates’ choices in the employment friction market. Based on the market friction theory, this paper states the employment market choices of college graduates in fiction and behavior game. In addition, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures from guiding graduates to establish a correct concept of career choice and doing a good job of "signal display" and "information screening".
