摘 要:为应对新一轮科技革命和产业革命,"新工科"建设如何培养新时代创新型人才成为我国高等工程教育的着力点。"自然辩证法概论"作为理工科研究生思想政治理论课,对培养创新人才的战略大计意义深远。文章基于对"新工科"研究生创新兴趣与创新意识的实证调查和分析,从"自然辩证法概论"面临的新境遇和新挑战出发,提出挖掘创新心理驱动力的"优势需要"、优化教师知识结构、发挥师生"互主体性"、引导学生"负责任创新"的教育对策,为"新工科"建设添砖加瓦。In order to cope with the new round of the Scientific and Technological Revolution and the Industrial Revolution, the way to cultivate the innovative engineering talents in the new era has become the focus of China higher engineering education. "Introduction to Dialectics of Nature", as a postgraduate ideological and political theory course for science and engineering, is of great significance for the cultivation of high-level innovative talents. Therefore, this paper, based on the empirical investigation and analysis of the innovation interest and consciousness of the graduate students of "Emerging Engineering" and stating from the new situation and new challenges faced by "Introduction to Dialectics of Nature", will naturally display some education countermeasures: proposing the "advantages need" to explore the driving force of innovation physiology, optimizing teacher’s knowledge structure, playing "inter-subjectivity", guiding students to "Responsible Research and Innovation". Thus making contributions to the construction of "Emerging Engineering".
