摘　　要：意识形态话语权建设是马克思主义政党建设的重要内容,是中国共产党在长期实践过程中形成的优良传统和宝贵经验,也是推动新时代党的建设的历史必然。从中国共产党领导中国革命、建设和改革的历史征程看,意识形态话语权建设关系党和国家前途命运。历史经验告诉我们,进行马克思主义意识形态话语权建设必须坚持科学性和时代性的统一、坚持先进性和人民性的统一、坚持广泛性和多样性的统一,不断增强马克思主义意识形态话语权的影响力、吸引力和感召力。The construction of ideological discourse power is an important part of the construction of Marxist political parties, a fine tradition with valuable experience formed by the CPC in the long-term practice, and a historical necessity to promote the construction of the Party in the new era. From the historical perspective of the CPC leading China's revolution, construction and reform, the construction of ideological discourse power is of vital concern to the future and destiny of the Party and the Country. Historical experience tells us that the construction of the discourse power of Marxist ideology must adhere to the unity of science and the times, the unity of advancement and the people, and the unity of extensiveness and diversity, constantly enhancing the in fluence, attraction and appeal of the discourse power of Marxist ideology.
