摘  要:目的通过评估区级蚊媒应急队伍的现场处置过程及效果,来发现处置过程中的问题,为科学灭蚊以及有效防控登革热疫情提供有针对性的建议。方法以广州市真实登革热疑似病例疫点为研究现场,召集区级蚊媒应急队伍进行核心区处置。由专业技术人员对灭蚊过程和灭蚊效果进行评估,同时进行问卷调查了解其对现场灭蚊及相关知识的掌握情况。结果本次实地疫情演练共有11个区130名有害生物防制员参与,共回收问卷129份。各个区现场处置平均得分为75.41分,其中器械展示、孳生地调查、处置前准备、现场喷雾和处置后评估的平均得分分别为87.12、77.88、48.18、74.14和72.73分。LSD法两两比较发现,除效果评估项目外,其余项目与处置准备项目得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有害生物防制员的认知总正答率为76.24%。不同区县、年龄、文化程度和工作年限对防制员白纹伊蚊防控知识总得分及生态习性和蚊媒监测的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孳生地调查与生态习性的平均分和蚊媒监测的最高分相关,(r分别为0.707和0.744,均P<0.05);效果评估与生态习性、灭蚊操作知识和认知总得分的最高分相关(r分别为0.679、0.734和0.753,均P<0.05)。结论区级蚊媒应急队伍有相对较高的人员素质和一定的灭蚊操作知识和技能,但各个区队伍能力差异较大,存在进一步提升的空间。在今后的工作中,可根据实际需要,针对不同维度的技能和知识开展有针对性的训练,以达到更好的现场防控效果。Objective To find problems during the disposal process by assessing the on-site disposal process and effects of the district-level mosquito control emergency team and provide targeted advice for scientific anti-mosquito and effective prevention and control of dengue fever.Methods Taking the suspected case of suspected dengue fever in Guangzhou as the research site,the district-level mosquito control emergency team was called to handle the core area.The anti-mosquito process and anti-mosquito effect were evaluated by professional technicians.At the same time,questionnaire survey was conducted to understand their knowledge of mosquito killing and related knowledge on the spot.Results A total of 130 pest control personnel from 11 districts participated in the field epidemic exercise,and 129 questionnaires were collected.The average score of on-site disposal in each district was 75.41 points.The average scores of equipment display,breeding site survey,pre-treatment preparation,on-site spraying and post-treatment evaluation were 87.12,77.88,48.18,74.14 and 72.73,respectively.The LSD test showed that,except for the effect evaluation project,the scores of other projects and disposal preparation items were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total accuracy of pest control personnel was 76.24%.There were significant differences in the total scores of prevention and control knowledge of Aedes albopictus and ecological habits and mosquito-monitoring among the controllers in different districts,counties,ages,education levels and working years(P<0.05).The average score of the habitat survey was related to the highest score of the ecological habits and the highest score of mosquito vector monitoring(r=0.707 and 0.744 respectively,P<0.05).The effect evaluation was related to the highest scores of ecological habits,anti-mosquito operation knowledge and total cognitive scores(r=0.679,0.734 and 0.753 respectively,P< 0.05).Conclusion The district-level mosquito control emergency teams hold relatively high personnel quality and ce
