摘 要:目的摸清东营市区不同生境淡色库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性,为化学防治蚊类提供依据。方法采用浸渍法对采集的Ⅳ龄淡色库蚊幼虫进行测试。用DPS软件进行数据统计,计算致死中浓度(LC50)值、95%可信限和毒力回归方程。结果淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂产生不同程度的抗药性,农贸市场蚊虫的抗性最高。对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏和残杀威的抗性分别是7.75、8.80、5.24、20.86和3.17倍。居民区和公园采集的蚊虫也产生了一定的抗药性。结论抗药性产生的高低与杀虫剂的使用周期、使用频次和使用量有关。东营市区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂产生了一定的抗性。Objective To learn the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to insecticides in Dongying,and provide basis for mosquito chemical control.Methods The resistance was tested with impregnation method and the DPS software was adopted to calculate the median lethal concentration(LC50),95% confidence limit and toxic regression equation.Results Culex pipiens pallens larvac developed some resistance to the tested insecticides.The population of Culex pipiens pallens collected from the farmers displayed the highest resistance.7.75,8.80,5.24,20.86 and 3.17 folds resistance respectively to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,permethrin.dichlorvos and propoxur.The populations of Culex pipiens pallens collected from residential areas and parks evolved some insecticide resistance.Conclusion There were some relations between insecticide resistance level and using period,frequecy and amount of insecticides.Some insecticide resistance were found in Culex pipiens pallens in Donggying City.
