摘 要:目的了解和掌握上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法。结果白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯产生高度抗药性,抗性倍数为131.33;对溴氰菊酯、残杀威产生中度抗药性,抗性倍数分别是35.00、13.06;对高效氯氰菊酯产生低度抗药性,抗性倍数为10.46。结论上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对4种常见杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,建议在日常白纹伊蚊密度控制中要科学合理用药,同时辅以环境治理,控制和延缓抗药性的产生。Objective To investigate the resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae to four commonly used insecticides in Yangpu District of Shanghai City.Methods The larva immersion method recommended by WHO was used.Results Aedes albopictus developed high resistance to permethrin with the resistance ratio of 133.33,medium resistance to deltamethrin and propoxur with the resistance ratio of 35.00 and 13.06,low resistance to beta cypermethrin with the resistance ratio of 10.46.Conclusion Aedes albopictus showed different resistance to the four tested insecticides in Yangpu District of Shanghai City.It is suggested that all the insecticides should be used scientifically and rationally,and the environment management should be put into effect at the same time,to make the resistance of Aedes albopictus under control.
