摘 要:聋人高校、政府、企业三个主体在生态学视角下可以组成有机生态系统。优化聋人高等教育生态体系的措施应包括聋人高校主动进行变革,政府完善顶层设计,企业联合政府、聋人高校主动承担社会责任三个方面。只有这样,才可能提升聋人高校的综合实力,增强政府的公信力,为企业赢得生存空间,实现生态系统的可持续发展。Colleges for the deaf, government and enterprises can form an organic ecosystem in the perspective of ecology. Measures to optimize the ecological system of higher education for the deaf should include such three aspects as the initiative of reform by colleges for the deaf;the improvement of top-level design by government;enterprises associating government and colleges for the deaf to actively take social responsibility. Only in this way can we enhance the comprehensive strength of colleges for the deaf and the credibility of government, and win the living space for enterprises so as to realize the sustainable development of the ecosystem.
