摘  要:随着我国国际化进程的不断加深,培养符合国际标准的人才发展策略具有重要战略研究价值。近年来核心能力的理念受到学界和业界的关注,并成为教育研究、教育实践和教育政策领域的重要课题。从教育发展来看,我国的高等教育也正在从素质教育向核心能力教育过渡。本文从大学生核心能力的内涵的内涵入手,分析国际化背景下的十项核心能力,提出了相应的核心能力培养及核查机制的具体实施策略。With the deepening of China’s internationalization process, it has important strategic research value to cultivate talents development strategies that meet international standards. In recent years, the concept of core competence has attracted the attention of academia and industry, and has become an important topic in the field of education research, education practice and education policy. From the perspective of educational development, higher education in China is also transiting from quality education to core competence education. Starting from the connotation of college students’ core competence, this paper analyses ten core competencies under the background of internationalization, and puts forward specific implementation strategies of corresponding core competency training and verification mechanism.
