摘　　要：目的了解烟台市医疗机构消毒质量状况。方法2017、2018年通过现场采样的方法对烟台市医疗机构的消毒质量进行监测分析。结果2017、2018年共采集样品6315份,总合格率为95.46%。其中公立医院采集样品的合格率(98.29%)高于民营医院(93.43%)(P<0.01)。不同消毒质量监测项目中压力蒸汽灭菌器和医疗污水的合格率最高,均为100.00%,医疗用水的合格率最低,为82.48%,其中外科洗手水、手机喷水、冲洗水、水源水、漂洗水、透析水的合格率分别为90.28%、66.25%、72.50%、80.00%、93.06%、97.01%(P<0.01)。结论2017、2018年烟台市医疗机构消毒监测整体质量较高,但医疗用水合格率明显低于其他项目。Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutes in Yantai city. Methods Spot sampling method was used to monitor and analyze the disinfection quality of medical institutes in Yantai city during 2017- 2018. Results During 2017-2018,a total of 6 315 samples were collected,the qualified rate was 95. 46%. The qualified rate of governmental hospitals ( 98. 29%) was higher than it of the non-governmental hospitals ( 93. 43%)( P< 0. 01). Among the different types of detection items,the highest qualified rate was the pressure steam sterilizer and medical wastewater(100. 00%). The lowest qualified rate was the medical water(82. 48%). The qualified rate of washing water of surgical hand,water from handpieces of dental drills,flushing water,source water,rinse water,hemodialysis water was 90. 28%,66. 25%,72. 50%,80. 00%,93. 06%, 97. 01% respectively( P <0. 01). Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutes in Yantai city is overall high during 2017-2018, but the qualified rate of medical water is significantly lower than it of other items.
