摘　　要：青铁华润城辽阳东路地铁上盖项目是青岛地铁与华润置地合作的青岛市首个TOD模式住区开发项目,青铁城市民中心是其中以展览为初期功能的子项目,地处住区入口,是住区公共空间系统中重要的一环。The CRCITY Community Centre is a part of the first TOD housing project in the c让y of Qingdao. With the main entrance of the commurdty located at the crossroads of East Liaoyang Road and Shenzhen Road, which is also the s让e of the interchange station of the Metro Line M2 and M4 (in construction), the commun让y centre is functioning as the transition point from urban scale to dwelling scale.
