摘 要:三维纺织复合材料存在贯穿厚度方向的纤维束以及增强结构,整体稳定性好,具有优异的层间性能、断裂韧性等,可应用于航空航天和建筑材料等各个领域。根据结构不同,三维纺织复合材料可分为三维机织复合材料、三维针织复合材料、三维编织复合材料以及三维机织针织复合材料等。综述了近年来不同纺织结构复合材料的研究进展,按照不同纺织结构类型介绍了各种复合材料的特点;最后,展望了纺织复合材料的发展方向。Three-dimensional textile composites have excellent interlaminar properties and fracture toughness due to the existence of fiber bundles across the thickness direction and the overall stability of the reinforced structure. Therefore, it is well received and can meet more market demands. It has been successfully applied in aerospace, building materials and other fields. According to the different structures of three-dimensional textile composites, they can be divided into three-dimensional woven composites, three-dimensional knitted composites, three-dimensional braided composites and three-dimensional woven knitted composites. The research progress of these composites with different textile structures in recent years is reviewed. The characteristics of these composites are briefly introduced according to different textile structure types. Finally, the future development direction of textile composites is prospected.
